How do we democratize access to capital? We achieve this through our Multi-Level Mentoring program. We believe that with adequate mentoring everyone can and should succeed. Be you a carpenter, mechanic, bricklayer or doctor, lawyer, engineer or accountant, everyone needs mentorship in entrepreneurship in order to succeed in the arena of business. And it is simple enough – commit to mentoring three people to greatness. If each and every one of us would commit to mentoring three people, the multiplier effect is to restore sanity , orderliness and excellence to our clime.
Successful mentoring would result in wealth creation with strong work ethics and best practices. Wherever people constructively exert energy in productive ventures wealth is ultimately created, and collective prosperity is achieved. Our bane right now is the preponderance of rent seeking resulting in our collective poverty despite the stupendous wealth and affluence by a privileged few.
As entrepreneurship take the front seat, GDP grows, and the unemployment queue is drastically curtailed. Business and money management skills are imparted for positive impact. We have come to realise that money problems cannot be solved by money, but rather through financial intelligence which in turn comes from financial education.
